PhD students of the 42nd cycle must enter their Study Plan in the Online Student System (Esse3), for activities of types 1, 2, and 3, from January 15 until February 28, 2027.
PhD students up to 41st cycle can change their Study Plan for activities of types 1, 2, and 3 in the Online Student System (Esse3) from October 1 to October 31, 2026.
As regards activities of types 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 (not available on Esse3), you must - within August 31, 2026:
- Fill out the Excel file with the completed activities
- Have it signed by your Supervisor
- Send it to the Coordinator
By meeting these deadlines, the Academic Board will be able to approve your progress and admission to the next academic year.
