Here are the deadlines for:

• Submission of the Study Plan by PhD candidates from the 41st cycle
• Possible modification of the Study Plan by PhD candidates from the 39th and 40th cycle

You have to submit your Study Plan from 15 January to 28 February 2026 via the Online Student Service (Esse3) for activities of types 1, 2, and 3.

For activities of types 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 you need to:

1. Complete the Excel file with the activities undertaken
2. Have it signed by your Supervisor
3. Send it to the Coordinator by 31 August 2026

Stick to the deadlines and the Academic Board will be able to approve your progression to the next year.
