The course, active since the 32nd cycle, offers positions with scholarships. The average number of PhD students is 12 (minimum 10, maximum 14). About a third of the scholarships are funded by the university, while the remaining ones come from national programs, industry and the region. The research funded by the university covers innovative and multidisciplinary areas related to the two curricula, while those with external scholarships concern specific topics indicated in the selection applications.
