Here are the deadlines for:

• Submission of the Study Plan by PhD candidates from the 40th cycle
• Possible modification of the Study Plan by PhD candidates from the 39th cycle

You have until 15 February 2025 to submit your Study Plan via the Online Student Service (Esse3) for activities of types 1, 2, and 3.

For activities of types 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, you need to:

1. Complete the Excel file with the activities undertaken
2. Have it signed by your Supervisor
3. Send it to the Coordinator by 31 August 2025

By adhering to these deadlines, the Academic Board will be able to approve your progression to the next year.
