This programme was activated in the 32nd degree cycle and only offers places with a scholarship. Each year at least 6 students are granted a scholarship (funded by UniTS and UniUD). In case of extraordinary funds, more places may be added. The research funded by the scholarships from the two universities focuses on innovative and multidisciplinary subjects related to the disciplines across the two curriculums. Any additional places, with scholarships offered by Italian ministries or the NRRP and co-funded by research projects and companies, provide for research on specific topics set out in the relevant call for applications.
